Positions: Activities Coordinator & Filipino Graduation Director, Pilipino American Collegiate Endeavor (PACE)

  • Spearheaded a mentorship program for 165 mentees by pairing them with 80+ mentors through an extensive application/assessment process.

  • Coordinated event logistics for 200+ general members on campus.

    Networked with SF State events faculty, 16 non-profit organizations, 50+ alumni, and 20+ vendors.

    Assisted with social media strategy for 10 events.

  • Facilitated weekly workshops on event planning for PACE's 10-week internship program.

  • Collaborated with 6 alumni to build a new network program called Kasama Connect to connect current PACE members to past members.

    Based on social media outreach and multiple professional networks, we collected 50 alumni contacts to participate in future PACE events, mentorship, and speaking opportunities.

  • Point of contact to PACE's Executive Director; oversee $6,000 budget for graduate packages.

    Curated a 5-month end-to-end initiative to achieve 4 social impact goals.

    Facilitated bi-weekly meetings while overseeing 6 positions leading up to FilGrad virtual ceremony.
