Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy

Position: Administrative Assistant
Reporting to the Executive Office

  • Supports calendar management and meeting requests from the CEO and Deputy CEO under the supervision of the Senior Executive Office Manager.

    This includes partnering with Executive Assistants reporting to leadership from the National Park Service, The Presidio Trust, and the organization's Board Committee members.

  • Responds to special requests from 12 executive team members as well as 200+ Parks Conservancy staff members, agency park partners, and 30 active board members.

    Executive Team Weekly Meetings:
    Sends out agenda, materials, and takes notes for final approval from the Deputy CEO. Provides final revised meeting notes to the Communications team for the organization’s All-Employee message. 

  • Manages logistics for 15 internal events, 4 Board meetings, retreats, and executive recruitment/onboarding.

    Executive Meetings & Events:

    • Executive Team Retreats

    • Quarterly Board Meetings

    • Annual Board Holiday Dinner

    • Special Events Team Volunteer Support

    • Executive Team Weekly Meetings


    Executive & Director-Level Recruitment:
    Project managed and scheduled all panel interviews for Executive and Director-level recruitment. In partnership with Axis Talent Partners, I managed the scheduling process for the Parks Conservancy's CFO, COO, CDO, CCO, and General Counsel positions.
